Due to government restrictions as a result of the Coronavirus Pandemic I am not currently offering counselling indoors at this present time. However, I am working towards offering counselling in person again from April 2021. Please check back here or contact me for details of face to face counselling.
There are also alternatives which you can choose until restrictions ease. These include:
Zoom video-conferencing. We meet via a video link and conduct our counselling session online. Full instructions will be sent prior to your appointment.
Telephone. You telephone me at the allotted time so I know that you are ready for counselling and in a confidential space.
Outdoor. After an initial telephone or zoom introductory session we can take our counselling outside either walking in a local park, nature reserve or beauty spot. We won’t be hiking just gentle walking so this suits all levels of fitness/age/ability.
