Due to current restrictions as a result of the Coronavirus Pandemic counselling cannot take place indoors at this present time. However there are alternatives to this which ensure that therapy can continue during this difficult time. These include:
Zoom video-conferencing. We meet via a video link and conduct our counselling session online. Full instructions will be sent prior to your appointment.
Telephone. You telephone me at the allotted time so I know that you are ready for counselling and in a confidential space.
Outdoor. After an initial telephone or zoom introductory session we can take our counselling outside either walking in a local park, nature reserve or beauty spot. We won’t be hiking just gentle walking so this suits all levels of fitness/age/ability. Please see my blog on Walking Therapy on this page.
